Simply Baby is one of the largest nursery showrooms in Shropshire, offering a wide selection of the industry’s most exclusive and demanded brands, including iCandy and Bugaboo. In order to display their many illustrious products to a much wider audience, they required a well designed, modern eCommerce website for their business.

Mike, Managing Director of Simply Baby, has seen his company rise to new heights since his website went live. “We’ve always had excellent facilities to showcase our products, but they were limited to local exposure. RockGuardz was launched after superbike rider and Company founder, Ian Walker decided that he would get fit for the upcoming season by taking up mountain biking. After a gruelling winter of getting back in shape, Ian fell in love with his newly acquired hobby and the adventurous joys that came with it. Ian came to the realisation that much like him; many other people can get in shape doing something enjoyable. Ian began to build bikes and advertise them for sale through sites like eBay. Once he began converting an increase of sales he decided that the next step was to launch an eCommerce website dedicated to mountain bikes.

From the ground up, we built RockGuardz an eCommerce website which listed their many products in an easy-to-purchase format within a theme that tastefully fashioned their niche to all visitors. RockGuardz’ website served as the perfect platform to display their company’s products and fascinating story in a neatly organised, aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate medium. We are happy to see Ian continuing to inspire people to get in great shape through an exciting, alternative hobby.

Beginning life in 1991, Infinity and Beyond are specialists in their industry with a wide variety of comics and related paraphernalia. The new website needs to be easy to navigate and reflect the variety of products available.

We created their site using Magento, a great ecommerce platform that suited this site and allows for straightforward content management. It has a great look and feel reflecting the huge diversity of products they sell.

We were approached by 3JC to update their existing site. The client was restricted on their existing site and wanted a more powerful solution which displayed their configurable products in an effective manner. The website also needed to be easy to use with a straightforward payment system and clear pricing for customers. The end result was a fully responsive designed website that clearly shows all product information remaining inline with the established brand.

The homepage has a scrolling banner and featured products to draw the customer’s attention. We continue to work closely with 3JC to improve their digital marketing and in the past 12 months Organic traffic has increased by over 60% resulting in an increase in revenue of over 40%.

We were comissioned to come up with a bespoke web design and build for a new business line specialising in Bike tyres. The site needed to reach out to their established customer base as well as attract new trade.

Our proposal included a fully content managed system built on the latest version of Magento, all housed within an original, bespoke design that really captured the essence of their products.

After being approached by Cab Glazing to rebuild their existing website, we worked to produce a website that matched the excellent service they provide and pair this with bespoke trade functionality that includes personalised pricing, currency and shipping options.

Additional functionality includes the facility to bulk product import for customers and manage multiple and complex custom options on all products. The site is fully integrated with Sage 50 enabling comprehensive data transfer between Sage & Magento thus ensuring the data does not need any manual inputting.

The site also features a separate blogging platform powered by Wordpress, allowing our client to regularly update the website with current content.

Manbat Battery Power systems approached us with an idea to create a whole new system unlike any other in their industry. Using a specific look up, the system should register the user's vehicle registration and use this information to recommend the best replacement batteries and provide the necessary fitting instructions.

The resulting Magento website is sleek, user friendly and provides logical steps for the user to reach the desired information. Manbat were incredibly happy with the outcome and further development of this website is now in progress.

Established in 2000, Fastco (Fasteners & Fixings) Ltd has become a well established, leading supplier of fasteners, fixings, screws and tools. Fastco approached the creative team at Verve looking to replace their existing website with a modern, stylish and responsive website. Utilising Responsive design allows Fastco to expand the usability and reach of their eCommerce platform.

Fastco were delighted with the design and responsiveness of their new website design. In the year since launching the rebranded responsive website they were also delighted to report that online sales have grown by 20%!

Farm Forestry contacted Verve in 2016 to completely transform, redesign and modernise their website. Their old website was not performing efficiently, it had no individual product pages and was not responsive for all devices. Employees were unable to content manage the website which meant it wasn’t kept up to date. In such a competitive industry, where price wars are common, it was vitally important that they could amend prices quickly and easily.

The project involved building a new online shop, with each product having its own landing page, and being fully responsive in order to improve the experience for current and future customers.

The new Farm Forestry Magento site allows the Client to manage their inventory easily and powerful tools have been provided to improve the customer experience.

We added additional features to the new website to help improve conversion volume such as cross sells, up-sells, recommended purchases, popular lines and seasonal promotions. Powerful back-end tools help improve the productivity of administrational functions such as product listings, creating offers and reviewing orders.

An improved reporting function allows the Client to monitor sales, customer behaviour and product performance. The design and set-up of the eCommerce store includes a multi-store functionality allowing for different store fronts with one central administration.

Once the website was launched site performance increased almost immediately and over a 3 month period (comparing 3 months prior to launch with 3 months post launch) the website has seen an increase in organic website traffic of 422.57% (3,705 sessions vs 709 sessions) and a 218.18% increase in organic website conversions.

Because this is an industry affected by seasons we also measure performance month on month year on year. Comparing March of 2016 with March 2017 Farm Forestry received an uplift in organic website traffic of 383.67% and an increase in Conversion Rate of 59.45%.
