Provide a review of current hosting environment, review server logs, New Relic and other related tools to help provide suggestions for improvements. This review will not be a code audit. However there may be indications of code level issues uncovered using New Relic, Blackfire.io or is found during the review. At the end of the investigation phase, I will provide a report on the environment detailing the infrastructure, and calling out any areas that can be modified to expect greater stability and performance.

Custom B2B Magento Integration 600 hours 7 years ago

I was hired to build out a complete B2B experience for an existing client. The client researched alternative options but since I had already built out their B2C experience, they were open to considering Magento as an option for this project.

The most inexpensive option they found during their research was a $350k custom integration, which came with a $25k per year licensing fee.

With the Magento solution I built, the customer has real-time, customer-specific pricing (to the fourth decimal), real-time inventory, custom invoicing rules, custom shipping rules, custom product lists and more. The total final cost was $75k, which included $15k in project management costs.

In the first six months of use, the customer was able to transition many of their phone order customers to this new system, and conducted $1M in sales during that time frame.
