A Philippines ecommerce website that sell beauty products, tips, advice, etcMy tasks:Fixed the server error (file permission), admin page error, upgraded magento version (2.2.3 to 2.3.2) and php version (7.0 to 7.1) on AWS server, Backup server, Install and configure plugins, etc

Setup the server (alibaba clouds) with Centos, PHP 7, Nginx, Percona MySql. Do the frontend and backend stuffs (Setup cronjob, backup, etc). Develop and modify plugins and themes, etc

The goal of this project was migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2. We got complaints from the client about the low page load speed of Magento 1 shop that had a dramatic impact to conversion rate. For solving this issue our development team has suggested using React-based Magento theme - ScandiPWA as the base theme for this project.

As a result, we got incredibly fast front-end on new shop that can't be achieved by using a classic approach to development of the Magento frontend.

This innovation approach gave our client better user behavior metrics and higher revenue and conversion rate. In this way, we completely solved the client's request and provided him a new modern platform for growing his business.
