Posted about PayPal's Sandbox and why it might not work for development 6 years ago

PayPal is moving away from TLS v1.0 this hasn't happened on production yet but it has for the sandbox meaning that dev environments may not communicate with PayPal anymore, due to an SSL connect error (or similar error message)
