Working with this company is everything but ordinary. Starting as a contracted consultant and designer and ending up being in-house ecommerce lead in just one year was a personal challenge to overcome. Managing the design and development teams and processes to run smoothly is a challenge of itself. Add on top of that product design that includes digital business analysis & strategy and SEO / SEM / SERP and data powered decision making process with team coordination through kanban methodology and designing the solutions itself. I've managed multiple data sets from Emarsys, Klevu, Analytics, SEMRush, Search Console, HotJar, Yotpo and created plans of action based on customer groups, segments and their behavioural model. Challenges are welcome and managing people, processes, products and services are sort of thing that pushes my limits.

Jura came to Redstage with two older and out of date sites which needed an update. Jura Capresso is an independent division of Jura that serves the US market with both the Jura and Capresso brands. The old sites didn’t properly or appropriately represent their high-quality, luxury brand.
Redstage redesigned their sites and launched the Jura and Capresso stores which have been flourishing and exceeding expectations across the board.

White Mountain came to Redstage experiencing frequently site outages. Their technology issues were holding them back and the company had yet to launch their premium brand, Summit, online.
Redstage migrated the site to one of our hosting partners, ZeroLag and audited their code for best practices. Solving the stability issues was the first step to improving online sales. From stable ground, Redstage was able to design, build and launch their premium brand, summitwhitemountain.com, within their multi-store environment.
All the while, White Mountain worked with our strategy team to implement conversion enhancements across all four of their stores. Redstage also reworked a few aspects of White Mountain’s ERP integration to increase stability and warn of failures.
