Publishing the site live. Setting up multi store on multiple domains. Setting up the server. Performance optimization. Data migration and module installations, including custom made blog module which I developed internally at Nordic Web Team, which has a portfolio add-on using jQuery File Upload.

I was hired to build out a complete B2B experience for an existing client. The client researched alternative options but since I had already built out their B2C experience, they were open to considering Magento as an option for this project.

The most inexpensive option they found during their research was a $350k custom integration, which came with a $25k per year licensing fee.

With the Magento solution I built, the customer has real-time, customer-specific pricing (to the fourth decimal), real-time inventory, custom invoicing rules, custom shipping rules, custom product lists and more. The total final cost was $75k, which included $15k in project management costs.

In the first six months of use, the customer was able to transition many of their phone order customers to this new system, and conducted $1M in sales during that time frame.

Redesigned and Maintained Traceable.com, added REST API integrations, and rebuilt the underlying server infrastructure.
